Cancellation and Refund Policy

Welcome to our Mental Health Service. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to ensure transparency and fairness in our services. By engaging with us, you agree to abide by these policies. 1. Cancellation Policy
- Clients are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of sessions.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will not be refunded.
2. No-Show Policy
- If you do not attend a scheduled session without providing prior notice, it may be considered a “no-show.” No-shows are not eligible for refunds.
3. For Offline Sessions
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to allow others the opportunity to book the time slot.
4. Incomplete Services
- If, for any reason, a session is unable to be completed, a refund or rescheduled session may be offered at the discretion of our Mental Health Service.
5. Refund Request Procedure
- To request a refund, please contact us at info@shylajapsychologist.in. Include your name, session details, and a brief explanation of the reason for your refund request.
6. Processing Time
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your refund request.
7. Policy Changes
- We reserve the right to modify or amend this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
